We offer different shipping rates based on the weight and size of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be shown in your cart before you complete your purchase.

Delivery
Orders are delivered to a nearby pick-up point. You’ll be notified via SMS, email, or letter when your package is ready—remember to bring your ID, tracking number, and any PIN code. Packages are held for 14 days before being returned to Kayu Living.
Small parcels may be delivered to your mailbox. Bulky goods are delivered to your home.
Delivery Times
In-stock items are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Special order items are made and shipped after your order is placed, which may take longer due to production and long-distance transport.
Delays may occur due to suppliers or shipping partners. In such cases, we’ll notify you by email. You may cancel your order if the delay is significant.
Purchase
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Kayu Living. This confirmation is automatically generated by our system and has not been manually reviewed, which means occasional errors may occur.
In the event of inaccuracies—such as incorrect pricing or delivery time—Kayu Living reserves the right to correct the information after the order has been placed. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
If your order includes both in-stock items and special order items, we will wait to ship your order until all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
Ordering
We welcome all orders—there is no minimum order value.
You may cancel your order via phone or email, as long as the item has not yet been shipped.
Special Order Items
Items marked as special order are not in stock and are ordered specifically for you. Delivery times vary, and we’ll send a confirmation email once your order is placed.
The right of withdrawal applies, but if you cancel after the item has been ordered, you’ll be charged for shipping costs to and from us—especially important for large or bulky items like furniture and lighting.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at Kayu Living. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.
If you wish to return an article, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund everything you paid, including shipping.
Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
